Esopus Music is an annual charity event to raise money for The Mid-Hudson Valley Camps in Esopus, NY. From camp directors to kitchen crew, the camps are staffed solely by volunteers. Some musically talented volunteers get together once a year to perform their unique versions of popular songs. The Mid-Hudson Valley Camp is a summer camp that serves a diverse group of people. It caters to the needs of children and adults with developmental, mental, and physical disabilities, deaf children, children living with cancer, pediatric patients from Harlem Hospital's Family Care Center, and inner-city students. The money raised at this annual fundraiser is evenly divided among necessary repairs on the grounds or in the house to camper scholarships and transportation assistance.
